Two people were shot dead at a Jefferson City bar in the U.S. state of Missouri on Saturday morning. One suspect has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder. According to the Gun Violence Archive, over 40,000 people have lost their lives so far this year in the U.S. due to gun violence.
