Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced a plan to export grain worth $150 million to the most vulnerable nations, including Ethiopia, Sudan, Somalia and Yemen. Russia has long criticized food exports from Ukraine's Black Sea ports under an UN-brokered plan, saying the grain has not been reaching the world's most vulnerable countries.
