Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Director Sergey Naryshkin, in an interview with RIA news agency, confirmed that he had met with Chief of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) William Burns and discussed nuclear security and Ukrainian issues, RIA reported on Wednesday.
