Ukraine's Kherson loses power supply after Russian shelling: governor

Ukraine's Kherson has lost power supply after Russian shelling, Governor Yaroslav Yanushevych said on Telegram on Thursday.
He also said that one person was killed and two others were injured due to the Russian attack.
Russia has not yet commented on the event.
