The U.S. Justice Department on Friday dropped all charges against Huawei executive Meng Wanzhou, who was arrested in Canada on a U.S. warrant on allegations of bank fraud. The Justice Department said on Friday that she had completed the period of the agreement without violating it, and so the charges were fully dropped and could not be revisited.
