Russia has denounced the $60 price cap on its oil agreed by the EU, G7 and Australia. Russia said this was a "dangerous" attempt by Western governments to introduce a price cap on its oil exports. The Kremlin says Russia is "analyzing" how to respond, adding it would continue to find buyers. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the level set was not "serious" as it would not do enough damage to the Russian economy.
