The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy's guided missile destroyer Changsha arrived in waters off Bangladesh on December 5 to participate in an International Fleet Review (IFR) at the invitation of the Bangladesh Navy. The PLA Navy has also sent a delegation to attend the four-day military event with the Bangladesh Navy.
