Russia and Ukraine on Tuesday carried out a prisoner exchange on a pattern of 60 for 60, the Russian Defense Ministry confirmed.
"On December 6, as a result of the negotiation process, 60 Russian servicemen were returned from the territory controlled by the Kyiv regime, who were in mortal danger in captivity," the ministry said.
