Russian troops launched a massive strike with long-range precision-guided air and sea-based weapons on the military command, control system, defense complex facilities and related energy facilities in Ukraine on Monday, Russian Defense Ministry confirmed on Tuesday. 

In a short notice, the ministry said all designated targets were hit but there were no missile attacks on Kyiv.

It came after Ukraine accused a fresh barrage of Russian strikes on Monday which has led to the power and water disruptions in some areas.
