The $60 per barrel price cap on Russian seaborne crude oil levied by the EU has come into effect. Russia has rejected these latest sanctions as it looks towards recent big buyers of its oil like India. Meanwhile, India has announced that it will continue buying Russian oil and even look for term contracts. Radhika Bajaj reports from Mumbai.
