European Union countries will replenish a fund that has been used to pay for military support for Ukraine, adding another 2 billion euros ($2.10 billion) to the budget, two diplomats told Reuters on Thursday.

They added that the bloc's foreign ministers will officially settle on the top up of the so-called European Peace Facility (EPF) at a meeting in Brussels on Monday.
