The world's largest Christmas tree was lit up in the Italian town of Gubbio on Wednesday. It has held the Guinness Book of World Records title since 1991. The record breaking tree is 750 meters high and 450 meters wide, and it takes nearly 300 lights and 8.5 kilometers of cable to illuminate it.
