The meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council (SEEC), the highest governing body of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), kicked off in Kyrgyzstan's Bishkek on Friday.
The EAEU consists of five member states -- Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.
