Amid the dark, a restaurant in the city stayed open, receiving electricity from a generator and providing people with heating, mobile phone charging, and other services. While football fans around the world are immersed in the carnival mood of the World Cup, people in Kyiv could not deny themselves the opportunity to enjoy the world football event.
