Lebanese operatic soprano: Cultural ties between countries are important

The Lebanese National Higher Conservatory of Music began construction in Beirut in 2020. Funded by China, it's a landmark mega-project under the Belt and Road Initiative. Heba Al-Qawas, president of the conservatory, told CGTN reporter Zahraa Alderzi that ties between countries built on cultural diplomacy are important.
