Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in a tweet on Tuesday that in a phone conversation with President of the European Council Charles Michel, he was invited to speak at the European Council meeting on December 15.

"Discussed the role of the EU and its members in implementing the Peace Formula. Grateful for 2 billion euros increase of the European Peace Facility and unlocking a new 18-billion-euro financial program," Zelenskyy added.
