Chinese President Xi Jinping and leaders of Saudi Arabia agreed on December 8 to jointly advance the China-Saudi Arabia comprehensive strategic partnership and achieve even greater progress.
During their talks, President Xi noted that the international and regional situation is undergoing profound and complex changes, making the strategic and overarching importance of China-Saudi Arabia relations more prominent.
China takes the development of its relations with Saudi Arabia as a priority in its overall foreign relations, in particular its diplomacy in the Middle East, Xi added.
