UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has strongly condemned the attack on a hotel in Kabul, Afghanistan, calling for the perpetrators to be brought to justice quickly. Three terrorists were killed and several Chinese nationals injured in an explosion at the hotel on Monday. The Islamic State group has claimed responsibility.
