Xi to address second part of COP15 via video link

Chinese President Xi Jinping will deliver a speech on Thursday via video link during the second part of the 15th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP15) to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity.
The second part of the COP15 is being held from December 7 to 19 in Montreal, Canada.
