Australian parliament passes energy relief package

The Australian parliament on Thursday has passed an energy relief package agreed to by the federal cabinet, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese announced on Twitter.
The plan will see coal and gas prices capped in an attempt to rein in power bills next year.
