On December 9, International Forum for Energy Transition 2022 opened in Beijing, China. Important diplomatic envoys in China, leaders of well-known international organizations, representatives of domestic and foreign leading energy and power companies and research institutions gathered together to discuss strategies to deal with the challenge of climate change and seek a path for global green development. CGTN's Tian Wei was invited to host the sub-forum, and discussed challenges and opportunities in energy transition and green development. Aldonov F.Alvarez, Ambassador of EI Salvador to China said that China is leading the developing countries in energy transition.
