Explosions hit Ukraine's Kharkiv

Ukraine's second-largest city Kharkiv was hit by Russian shelling on Thursday, its mayor Ihor Terekhov said on Telegram, adding infrastructure facilities were targeted.
The Russian side has made no comment yet.
