Russia has threatened to target U.S. Patriot missile defense systems if they are deployed in Ukraine, after three U.S. officials said the U.S. is finalizing plans to send the systems to Ukraine. The Russian embassy said the proposed transfer was provocative and could lead to unpredictable consequences.
