Eight Turkish police officers and one civilian were wounded on Friday when a minibus carrying anti-riot police on the highway was targeted by another car parked on the side of the road in the southeastern province of Diyarbakir, Anadolu news agency reported.
Five individuals have been detained connected to the attack, said local media.
