Russia says its forces have eliminated Ukrainian troops and fighting vehicles in the Kupiansk, Lyman and Donetsk regions, while Ukraine says its forces have repelled Russian forces on multiple fronts. Russia's Foreign Ministry has warned that if the U.S. delivers sophisticated air defense systems to Ukraine, delivery crews would become "legitimate targets" for the Russian military.
