At least 10 people died, including five children, and 19 others were injured, four critically, in an apartment building fire in the suburbs of Lyon in eastern France on Friday. About 170 firefighters and 65 fire engines responded promptly to the blaze that was first reported to emergency services at 3:12 a.m. local time.
