Peruvian President Dina Boluarte says she will not resign after deadly anti-government protests have raged for more than a week. Health authorities say the death toll has risen to at least 20. Meanwhile, hundreds of tourists are stranded after an airport was closed. Dan Collyns reports from Peru's capital Lima.
