EU energy ministers have agreed to a cap on natural gas prices, after weeks of talks as the bloc seeks to tackle the energy crisis. The plan is scheduled to take effect from February 15th. Kremlin spokesperson, Dmitry Peskov, said the price cap was an attack on market pricing and is unacceptable, according to Russia's Interfax news agency.
