Russia will fulfill its tasks and increase its military potential, said Russian President Vladimir Putin while chairing a meeting on Wednesday in Moscow at the National Defense Control Center.
Almost all of NATO's potential is being used against Russia, and NATO weapons should be analyzed and used to build the armed forces of Russia, as well as the vast experience gained by the units, said Putin.
Putin also pledged to give the armed forces everything it asks for, saying "we don't have any restrictions on financing of the army."
Interballistic missiles Sarmat will be deployed for combat duty in the nearest future, Putin added.
During the meeting, he also admitted "certain problems" inflicted by partial mobilization.
Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said in the meeting that the U.S. and its allies spend significant sums on information wars and 27 countries have already spent $97 billion on weapons supplies to Ukraine.
Russia will continue its military operation in Ukraine in 2023 until it achieves all its goals, Shoigu added.
