China's Ministry of Natural Resources announced that it will prioritize the stabilization of land and housing prices and market expectations at a meeting held Wednesday.
According to the ministry, current policies for the supply of housing land will be improved in due course.
As part of this effort, the ministry will standardize the disclosure of information on housing land supply, and intensify efforts to transform urban land development and usage.
The ministry also emphasized other major tasks during the meeting, including ensuring food and energy security, and building China into a maritime power.
