The Foreign Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea has denied reports that it offered munitions to Russia. A ministry spokesperson said that the report was false and "the most absurd red herring" that is not worth any comment or interpretation. Earlier, Japanese media reported that the DPRK had shipped munitions, including artillery shells, to Russia last month.
