The tight supply of medicine has eased in Beijing as the city is going all out to ramp up the provision and production of key drugs, and optimize medical services for patients. According to Gu Qinglong, deputy head of Capital Institute of Pediatrics, the local government's unified allocation and internal mobilization within the medical system have prepared sufficient medicine in hospitals for the treatment of infected patients.
