The death toll from a fire in a two-story wooden building at a private nursing home in Kemerovo, Russia's Western Siberia region, has risen to 22, RIA Novosti reported on Saturday, citing the Russian Investigative Committee.
The government of Kemerovo said breaches of fire safety regulations could have been the cause of the fire, the report added.
