Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev on Saturday discussed over the phone issues, including implementation of the tripartite agreements between the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia and ensuring security on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border, the Kremlin said.
