Chinese local authorities encouraged exporters and manufacturers to explore overseas market by offering visa facilitation and chartered flights, as economic activity is picking up steam across the country. East China's Zhejiang is one of the country's major manufacture and export hubs. As early as July this year, exporters in Shaoxing City of the province, have gone abroad to visit their clients. Xia Yanhong, head of a textile company, is among these exporters. Last week, she was busy receiving foreign clients in-person and online, and struck a deal worth $3.2 million within half a day.
