NATO reports shots fired near patrol in Kosovo's volatile north

NATO reported on Sunday that shots were fired near one of its patrols in northern Kosovo, where local Serbs have set up roadblocks in recent months to bar police from Pristina from patrolling the area marred by ethnic tensions.
