Cities across China have gradually optimized and adjusted their COVID-19 prevention and control measures and organized the resumption of work and production. The new measures aim to protect people's safety and health and minimize the impact of COVID-19 on people's life, economy, and social development.
In this video, Hungarian designer Steven Back, who has lived in Shanghai for nearly 18 years, took to the streets and recorded the changes in Shanghai after the optimized COVID-19 measures based on his personal experience and shared his thoughts on China's optimized epidemic control measures. He said new COVID-19 measures give people more certainty over their daily lives. It's also a relief to the economy, which can hopefully soon return to its pre-COVID growth.
