Kremlin: 'Peace plan' has to account for new regions joining Russia

The Kremlin on Wednesday dismissed peace plan proposed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
"There can be no peace plan for Ukraine that does not take into account today's realities regarding Russian territory, with the entry of four regions into Russia," said Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said on Monday Kyiv is counting on holding a summit to discuss the peace plan by the end of February.
