Over 64 die in U.S. blizzard, 33 in Upstate New York: NBC

At least 64 people have died in the blizzard that has wreaked havoc across the United States, according to an NBC News tally.
The report said that New York State's Erie County accounted for more than half the deaths with 33, including 28 in Buffalo.
