Cities across China have gradually optimized and adjusted their COVID-19 prevention and control measures and organized the resumption of work and production. The new measures aim to protect people's safety and health, while minimizing COVID-19's impact on their lives, the economy and social development.

Syrian student Zein Ali, who has been in China for 12 years, took a much-anticipated trip to one of China's most famous tourist destinations, Sanya in Hainan Province, and shared his thoughts on China's optimized epidemic control measures. He said the updated measures have made travel more convenient and that people are now enjoying their lives as before.
