Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu discussed plans for cooperation between the foreign ministries in 2023 and the situation in Syria in a phone conversation on Saturday, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
