Some chain drugstores have started to provide medical treatment for fever patients, and many former PCR testing booths have been converted into makeshift fever clinics in north China's Shanxi Province. Fever patients can now see a doctor in a nearby drugstore in Taiyuan, the capital of Shanxi Province. Nearly 200 chain drugstores have opened fever clinics within their stores to provide medical consultancy and prescriptions.
