Early in the cold Sunday morning, people gathered at Tiananmen Square in Beijing to watch the new year's first national flag raising ceremony. It's a daily event, but has a special meaning for many, as the event rings in a hopeful 2023. CGTN's Zhao Yunfei talked to people about their resolutions.
