At the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping, President of the Republic of the Philippines Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr. is on a state visit to China from January 3 to 5. At a press conference on Tuesday, before his visit to China, Marcos said that he expected this visit to open a new chapter in Philippines-China relations.
