On the afternoon of January 4, President Xi Jinping held talks with Philippine President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr. at the Great Hall of the People. Wu Jianghao, assistant foreign minister of the Chinese Foreign Ministry said the meeting deepened the cooperation between China and the Philippines.
