Ice sculptures illuminated with colorful neon lights are attracting global visitors to northeast China's Harbin City for the 39th Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival. The giant sculptures and installations are made with more than 150,000 cubic meters of ice and snow in a park covering 810,000 square meters. Light show and fireworks were also displayed at the festival's opening ceremony.
