China will formulate relevant plans, strengthen training and guidance, and ensure a smooth and orderly transition to Class-B management of COVID-19 following the release of the country's new and 10th edition of COVID-19 control protocol, said Mi Feng, spokesperson for the National Health Commission, during a press conference in Beijing on Sunday.
