Hong Kong resumes quarantine-free travel with Chinese mainland

Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Chief Executive John Lee Ka-chiu inspected the Lok Ma Chau station, as the city resumes quarantine-free travel with the Chinese mainland after three years of COVID-19 restrictions. Starting from January 8, Hong Kong residents can apply to enter the mainland with a negative nucleic acid test 48 hours prior to departure. CGTN reporter Anne Cheng has the latest from the city.
