Fernando Lugris, the ambassador of Uruguay to China, plucked up the courage to give up the opportunity of further study and leave his familiar hometown to engage in diplomatic work in China. "I think courage exists in all of us," he said, "We need such strength to evolve as a society and advance as individuals."
