In northwest China's Baoji, rural areas have implemented a three-tier triaged treatment protocol. From villages to townships and counties, healthcare institutions at each level have their own responsibilities to shoulder. CGTN visited grassroots clinics in Baoji to learn more about their preparedness for the epidemic wave around the Spring Festival travel rush.
